Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping location.

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $150 within Canada & USA.

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with thetracking number. Click the link in the email to track the progress of yourshipment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to youfrom the day your order is shipped.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only, and maybe subject to delays due to customs, shipping destination, and nationalholidays. Pangram Playground is not responsible for delivery times estimated byshipping couriers.

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Pangram Playground and all items are subject to availability. Pangram Playground reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel all or part of your order. We may require additional verifications of information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped.

Unfortunately, Pangram Playground is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and will be payable by the customer.

Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery, as the shipment is not traversing any borders.

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Pangram Playground by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

For all returns:

Items must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed and undamaged).

All hangtags and original packaging must not have been removed.

You must present a valid proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to decline a return request if the merchandise does not meet the criteria above.

Customers are responsible for the shipment costs of returns.

We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost-effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.

Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know. You will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item(s), including taxes, via store credit.

Please note, the original shipping charge is not refundable.

At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return and placing a new order for the new item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

All sales of books, gift cards, underwear, socks, and hats are Final Sale. Final sale items cannot be returned.
